About the role:

Opal Oceanview currently has a full time opportunity for talented program leader to join their team as a Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coordinator.

As the Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coordinator, you will lead the Meaningful Life program in the home. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to enable residents to live their best life in aged care. The role reports directly to the General Manager and you will supervise and train the Lifestyle team and volunteers at the home.

  • People leadership skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Diversional Therapy or Psychology.
  • A Diploma or Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle qualifications.

All applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance certificate via Opal's police check system and undergo pre-employment medical. You may also be required to attend a drug screen.
