We are now recruiting for both General Management and Relief General Management roles within the Perth area.

Relief General Manager:

Ideally suited to a candidate from a service driven sector such as hospitality. As Relief General Manager, you will have exceptional customer service and leadership skills, be a savvy commercial operator and a creative and lateral thinker who is comfortable leading through complexity. The purpose of this role is to work with full mobility across the state of WA, covering General Manager (GM) positions where you have total operational accountability for the business, the care of our residents, and the leadership of our team. You will be fully supported in your transition to aged care with a structured on-boarding and transition plan. The goal – for you to become a permanent General Manager of an Opal Care Community.

General Manager:

Ideally suited to a seasoned Healthcare Manager with a desire to achieve further career progression within a sector leader. The ideal candidate will be consultative leader and a positive influencer with the ability to inspire a diverse team to provide exceptional care to our residents. You will be a visible leader who thrives on building strong relationships our residents, their families and the local community. You will be a motivated operator with the ability to effectively balance clinical leadership with delivery of financial results, continuous clinical improvement, property management, team management and other operational aspects of a well-run home.
