About the role:

As Relief General Manager at Opal, you will report directly into the Regional General Manager working alongside various General and Care Managers across the state. You will fill in and cover various General Management (GM) positions across VIC, with full mobility where you have total operational accountability for the business, the care of residents, and leadership of our team.  

 

About you

With exceptional hospitality, customer service and leadership skills. You will be a savvy commercial operator and a creative and lateral thinker who is comfortable leading through complexity. The goal – for you to become a permanent General Manager of an Opal Care Community.

An experienced clinician or hospitality manager, seeking a compelling career move to fast track their senior leadership career is desired.
