Team Planning (Rostering) Specialist

Our innovative Corporate Office is based in the heart of Sydney CBD and is home to our corporate services teams that provide unwavering support to our Care Communities. We are currently seeking a Team Planning (Rostering) Specialist to join our Operations Team on a permanent, full time basis. In this role you will collaborate with our Care Communities in maximising roster efficiencies and team planning.

Duties and key responsibilities:

  • Working directly with our care communities to provide roster support and training
  • Management of weekly and monthly roster reports with a focus on identifying trends and insights around roster efficiency
  • Interpret data, providing reports and insights to the Team Planning Manager for use in communications nation-wide

Experience required:

  • Proven experience with roster management, and now seeking your first corporate office opportunity 
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Highly developed problem solving skills
  • Ability to promote and implement change
  • Advanced organisational and written & verbal skills

All applicants must be willing to obtain a police clearance certificate via Opal's police check system.

You must also be willing to obtain a personal NDISWC through your state government provider prior to commencing employment
